Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Nestaro Global, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, amendments, and refunds are managed. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Booking & Payment Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance or full payment, as communicated at the time of booking.
Once services are confirmed with third‑party suppliers (including hotels, airlines, transport providers, guides, or experience operators), applicable cancellation charges come into effect.
2. Cancellation by the Client
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to Nestaro Global. The effective date of cancellation will be the date on which the written request is received.
As we offer customised and tailor‑made travel experiences, cancellation charges vary based on destination, season, and services booked.
Indicative Cancellation Charges
(Unless otherwise specified at the time of booking)
More than 45 days before travel: Minimal or no cancellation charges, excluding non‑refundable deposits and third‑party fees
30–45 days before travel: Up to 25% of the total tour cost
15–29 days before travel: Up to 50% of the total tour cost
7–14 days before travel: Up to 75% of the total tour cost
Less than 7 days before travel or no‑show: 100% of the total tour cost
Actual charges depend on supplier policies and committed costs at the time of cancellation.
3. Non‑Refundable Components
Certain services are strictly non‑refundable, irrespective of the cancellation date, including but not limited to:
Airline tickets once issued
Visa fees and consular charges
Government permits and entry fees
Pre‑booked special experiences, permits, or event tickets
Non‑refundable hotel or resort deposits
These conditions are governed by third‑party suppliers and authorities.
4. Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) are processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges and non‑recoverable costs.
Refunds are initiated only after confirmation and receipt of refundable amounts from respective suppliers.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 10–15 working days, subject to supplier and banking timelines.
Refunds are made using the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
5. Amendments to Bookings
Changes to travel dates, destinations, or services are treated as partial cancellations and may attract additional charges.
Amendment requests are subject to availability and supplier policies.
Any additional costs resulting from amendments must be borne by the client.
6. Cancellation by Nestaro Global
Nestaro Global reserves the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, government restrictions, safety concerns, or non‑availability of services.
In such cases:
All recoverable amounts will be refunded
Nestaro Global shall not be held liable for indirect expenses or losses incurred by the client
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, and unforeseen events. Insurance claims must be settled directly with the respective insurance provider.
8. Force Majeure
Nestaro Global shall not be liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political disturbances, airline shutdowns, strikes, or government regulations.
9. Disputes & Jurisdiction
All disputes, if any, shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts within India.
