Nestaro Global acts as a travel planner and coordinator. We do not own or operate airlines, hotels, transport services, safari parks, cruise operators, or other third‑party suppliers.

All bookings and services are provided subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective suppliers. Nestaro Global shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, performance, or defaults of such third‑party providers.

3. Enquiries, Proposals & Confirmations

• All itineraries shared are indicative until confirmed in writing.

• Prices, availability, and inclusions are subject to change until final confirmation.

• Travel arrangements are considered confirmed only after written acceptance of the proposal and receipt of the required advance payment.

• Any changes requested after confirmation may attract additional charges or revised terms.

4. Payments

• Payment schedules and amounts will be communicated at the time of proposal or booking.

• Advance payments are required to confirm services.

• Full payment may be required in advance for certain services, including peak‑season travel, special permits, wildlife safaris, or international bookings.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of services without liability to Nestaro Global.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Refunds, if applicable, depend on the policies of third‑party suppliers and may be subject to cancellation charges, service fees, or non‑refundable components.

Nestaro Global cannot guarantee refunds for services once payments have been released to suppliers.

6. Changes, Amendments & No‑Shows

• Any amendments to travel dates, services, or itineraries are subject to availability and supplier policies.

• Additional costs arising from changes will be borne by the client.

• No‑shows, early departures, or unused services are generally non‑refundable.

7. Travel Documentation & Compliance

Clients are responsible for:

• Holding valid passports, visas, permits, and travel documents

• Complying with immigration, customs, health, and local authority requirements

• Ensuring accuracy of personal information provided

Nestaro Global is not responsible for denial of entry, delays, or losses arising from documentation issues.

8. Health, Safety & Travel Risks

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, health concerns, natural events, and local disruptions.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Nestaro Global shall not be liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond our control.

9. Force Majeure

Nestaro Global shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, political unrest, transport disruptions, or supplier insolvency.
